Use of YoForex Products

By purchasing or using YoForex products, you agree that the software is provided as an automated trading tool only. You remain responsible for all trading decisions and account risk.

License Terms

• Licenses are issued according to the package selected at purchase.
• License sharing, reselling, unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or bypassing activation is not allowed.
• Account changes or license transfers may be limited and handled according to the selected package and support approval.

Account-Type Responsibility

• Straddle EA: Standard USD MT5 accounts only; cent/micro-cent accounts are not supported.
• Smart Hedging Recovery Scalper EA: Designed for MT5 cent/micro-cent accounts.

No Profit Guarantee

YoForex does not guarantee profits, fixed daily returns, risk-free results, no-loss trading, or account growth. Any performance example is for information only.

Broker and Account Responsibility

Results can differ because of broker spread, commission, slippage, liquidity, execution speed, account type, leverage, VPS quality, and market volatility.

Limitation of Liability

YoForex is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, broker issues, platform problems, connection failure, VPS downtime, or customer-side configuration mistakes.
