Digital Product Delivery

YoForex Expert Advisors are digital software products. After payment verification, license activation and setup guidance are provided through our support channels.

Activation

• Customer must provide correct MT5 account number, broker/server details where required, and contact information.
• Activation is normally processed after payment confirmation and required details are received.
• Incorrect account details, broker limitations, VPS problems, or platform restrictions may delay setup.
• Customer must select the correct account type before purchase. Straddle EA is for standard USD accounts; Smart Hedging Recovery Scalper EA is for MT5 cent accounts.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests may be reviewed before license activation or delivery.
• After the EA license, setup files, or activation has been delivered, refunds are generally not available because the product is digital software.
• No refund is available for trading losses, broker spread/slippage, wrong account type, VPS issues, user-side setup issues, or market conditions.
• YoForex does not guarantee profit, fixed returns, daily income, or risk-free trading.
